While the location & management are great U Haul in general stinks when it comes to on line registration for pick up. My rental which was reserved resulted I an hour & a half to be completed! Delaying my committment for help , costing me $ & loss of help. Additionally caused tremendous undue stress as I could get rid of charges on the app & was FORCEd to accept them which I intend to dispute.vigorously! I am extremely dissatisfied!

When I made the reservation I was NOT told it was an in town rental only. I requested to use it fir 63 miles and return it to Quakertown. Reservation went through as stated. Upon returning I was told that after 10 days of moving I would have to drive it back to pick up point being charged an additional 63 miles. This is an awful misleading company that I will never ever use again. I was exhausted, lied to and swindled out of extra money. I plan on telling everyone I know not to use them.
