Just make sure they understand exactly how and what to expect checking in on the app because we couldn’t figure out how to get the key so we didn’t even start until 7:30 am

MIGUEL LTried using the app and that just didn't work at all. Attempted to check in on the day of pickup and it wouldn't let me progress through the steps. Thankfully the location was open and I could still check in. Checking out also through the app was also no good. It kept going back to step 2 with answering the questions and never let me progress and complete the check out. So I just inevitably got the key and contract into the drop box and left. The Uhaul app was a major letdown for sure.
