Provide GPS in the vans. It was a huge hassle using our phones. There was no outlet for my Apple phone. We locked the key in the van at our last stop and it took 2 hours for someone to come to our rescue and he struggled with his equipment to open the van. I would have thought that there was a way to get a code to have it unlocked. Also the gentleman who came was very nice, however he came in an unmarked pickup truck and did not have a badge. Shirt or ID indicating that he was from U-Haul.As two women traveling alone it was a little strange. He did get us in the truck which was great.

I filled the gas tank, as was suggested, but it was 60%(?) more gas than I actually used - the paperwork at pick-up said “Full,” but there was room for much more. Even on showing the agent the gas receipt (to check against the mileage), the agent said there was nothing he could do. Maybe put a gallon or two in my tank? U-Haul - some food for thought.
