Very helpful and friendly staff!!! Easy to work with them even I got the rental truck on a Saturday was easy to do all on my iPhone, no trouble at all, very easy to do it all!!! Yes highly recommend Hertzogs Garage for your rental truck and equipment!!! Great job guys!!!

Tried using the app and that just didn't work at all. Attempted to check in on the day of pickup and it wouldn't let me progress through the steps. Thankfully the location was open and I could still check in. Checking out also through the app was also no good. It kept going back to step 2 with answering the questions and never let me progress and complete the check out. So I just inevitably got the key and contract into the drop box and left. The Uhaul app was a major letdown for sure.

Carol TWhile the location & management are great U Haul in general stinks when it comes to on line registration for pick up. My rental which was reserved resulted I an hour & a half to be completed! Delaying my committment for help , costing me $ & loss of help. Additionally caused tremendous undue stress as I could get rid of charges on the app & was FORCEd to accept them which I intend to dispute.vigorously! I am extremely dissatisfied!
Stephen MWhen I made the reservation I was NOT told it was an in town rental only. I requested to use it fir 63 miles and return it to Quakertown. Reservation went through as stated. Upon returning I was told that after 10 days of moving I would have to drive it back to pick up point being charged an additional 63 miles. This is an awful misleading company that I will never ever use again. I was exhausted, lied to and swindled out of extra money. I plan on telling everyone I know not to use them.
