The truck that I rented needs some serious work on the brakes. THe truck, even unloaded, was difficult to stop. I had to press the brake pedal to the floor really hard to get the truck to stop. And that was with it unloaded.

DOUGLAS AThe u haul is their business...if they don't want to deal with customers with respect and courtesy they shouldn't offer the service.The attendant was irritated that we returned the trailer. Also do to a possible language barrier that caused further visible frustration and hindered me from explaining a possible safety concern over brakes on the trailer.
