SHARI WI would recommend that if you’re going to have a person leave a trailer at a personal drop off, I might not be saying the term correctly, but when I read that, it sounded to me like I was gonna have to take the trailer hitch off myself. Being 81 years old with a bad back that was just not in the cards so I called The national U-Haul number and they were extremely helpful and actually contacting the location and finding out there was someone there to unhitched from the car.
