My experience with Nava's market' U-Haul was outstanding. I rented an Auto Transport. I arrived at the rental location with both vehicles and was given great help and advice loading the towed vehicle. Nava's is a local business here in Depoe Bay Oregon, a small community, and they have an excellent reputation. The equipment itself wasn't brand new but it was fine. We were transporting a small short car- Mini Cooper Convertible- and we could have benefited from a way to transfer the weight more towards the rear of the trailer. RENEE MPLEASE make sure that vehicles are clean and have fuel. I have a immune-suppressed system, and climbing into a filthy U-haul caused me great anxiety.
