How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged for renting a truck for 2 days when I returned it after 1 day (which is all I rented it for). When I tried to return it I dropped the key in the drop box and parked truck in the same spot I got it from. Receipt showed that I returned it at after 3 PM the next day (rental started at 10 AM, so that's why I was charged 2 days). When I tried to use the app to return truck it kept freezing. Told me a representative from UHaul would contact me which they never did. How do you not check you drop box for a key as soon as you open? Then when you finally check it you decide that's when I returned my rental? I will never rent from this UHaul office again.
Michael WOld dirty truck. Customer service at shop was poor.
Travis WVery nice truck worked out pery
Diana SYour prices are ridiculous. The advertised price for the truck I rented was $45. I had the truck for 3 hours, drove less than 20 miles total, and paid $120+... I truck ran fine. the location was fine. The price I paid for no more use than it was seems very unnecessary.
