I did not opt for insurance because I only drove 8 miles total! He put insurance on the truck without my permission! My time for the rental was from 11:45 to 7:45. He asked if I could get there before 6 pm because that is when he was leaving for the day. So I got there at 4:15 pm. I asked for two moving blankets and he gave me a bundle and charged it. I am so upset about how the price showed 34 dollars for a rental and the person at this location was adding additional things to my rental that were not discussed with me. This is bad business. I will never use them again.

Romaine GThe owner of the shop (Tom) needed to call someone in order for me to be able to rent the trailer. I do not believe that it was his fault or that he was doing anything wrong, but the guy on the phone simply asked me the same questions that Tom asked me and the computer worked for him. I am thankful that Tom had someone to call, but you might have someone make sure that Tom has all the access that he needs. I also appreciate that Tom was willing to stay longer to help me get the trailer before he had to go run some other errands. I would highly recommend Wilhite Auto Service for anyone's U-Haul needs.
Don PI picked up trailer it had a flat tire, apparently he had to change my reservation which we had to literally enter in everything. Trailer I received was dirty with bolts on the floor.
MIKEL WTrailer suspension felt “jumpy” until we loaded the appliance we picked up. Service was great and the location was convenient.
