I was charged for renting a truck for 2 days when I returned it after 1 day (which is all I rented it for). When I tried to return it I dropped the key in the drop box and parked truck in the same spot I got it from. Receipt showed that I returned it at after 3 PM the next day (rental started at 10 AM, so that's why I was charged 2 days). When I tried to use the app to return truck it kept freezing. Told me a representative from UHaul would contact me which they never did. How do you not check you drop box for a key as soon as you open? Then when you finally check it you decide that's when I returned my rental? I will never rent from this UHaul office again.

Diana SYour prices are ridiculous. The advertised price for the truck I rented was $45. I had the truck for 3 hours, drove less than 20 miles total, and paid $120+... I truck ran fine. the location was fine. The price I paid for no more use than it was seems very unnecessary.
