Slow pickup. The agent typed with one or two fingers and took so much time. He did not explain anything. Not contracts will be emailed to me. I knew nothing about the proceedure. He gave me the keys and said to go out and find the truck. We didn't go over the assistance or cleanliness of truck. When i got to my location to load, the truck was filthy. Dirt! Like dried mud!! Feathers, papers, trash. I was very disappointed!

ROD BThe first location that they suggested my drop off was horrible. I drove out to drop off the truck and the place was so bad I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck so we drove back home. In the morning I called U-Haul and requested another drop off location which was access storage and it was so much better and they were very helpful.
