Josh was kind. He made a mistake with the contract but did everything he could to correct the mistake.

WORST REPRESENTATION OF UHAUL EVER EXPERIENCED IN 49 YRS

You changed my p/u location because the truck was not available there. That was ok but when you wanted to charge me another $100 to drop off at the new p/u location, that was ludicrous. I spent 30 mins on the phone with/customer service to finally only have to pay for the original quote. It was very stressful.

I made a reservation for a van and dolly, however when I got there it took forever for them to my rental and there was no one there but me. Then as I was getting in the Van, there was no dolly, so the guy throws an appliance dolly in the back. Needless to say I couldn't use it, but they wouldn't credit me for it and charged me. Not happy with the service at all! Ended up costing me $50 for 2 hours!!

Personnel was helpful other than charging for extra day.

The guy on shift wasn't there when we showed up. I had to call the manager twice over the span of 10 minutes to get the guy to open the door. It took an hour to get the contract printed and have the trailer ready, and they were in the middle of a remodel and the place looked like a dump, complete with a chained up dog. I had also assigned a drop off site but they didn't get it into the contract, so I ended up having to drop somewhere else.

Trenton was awesome, everything is on order, he explained everything we needed to know. It's a very professional operation, we never want to rent anywhere else. We will always recommend access storage. Thank you for your service. Michelle Bonnello

The place was in shambles, old building in need of remodeling. Items for sale were stocked in many locations throughout the building which was confusing since there were several rooms. The owner's computer equipment in desperate need of updating - almost couldn't rent the vehicle because card reader (probably 10+ years old) wasn't working.

The location is fine but someone at UHaul really screwed up on the contract. It was about as far from wrong as you can get. The UHaul location had to clean up the reservation mess

It was an easy go-around this time. I got to the facility right on time the van was waiting. I signed the paperwork and I was out the door...MUCH faster than my U-Haul experiences in Sacramento. I dropped off the van at the same location. The mileage and fuel were checked and I was out the door. It would be nice if things always went this well!!

Put more trucks in to service in Eldorado county. I contacted 4 dealers to rent a truck this past Friday and were told not any one had trucks available, in our area.

They seemed confused about the smart phone process. They couldn't figure out how to close out my contract so I ended up getting over charged and it took more than a week and several contacts to resolve. Very frustrating.

I was contacted 30 minutes prior to pick up and no message was left. Called the number back 5 minutes before I was set to arrive and found out the truck I had reserved wasn't available at the location. I had an 8:30 am pick up time. The staff person found a truck at another location, which was 10 miles in the opposite direction of where I already came from. I turned around and arrived at the new location at approximately 8:45...only to find out the location didn't open until 9. By the time I received the truck and was on the road I was over an hour behind my scheduled start and had people waiting on me. This also resulted in me dropping the truck off at 5:15...after the location already closed. If I would have received the original truck I would have been able to drop it off during business hours. Now I'm concerned I may be charged another days use.
