Had em issues reserving online. Had to call customer service and by then , couldn't find a smaller truck. Then when I went to pick up trailer in diamond springs, that's where the terrible customer service existed. Someone who didn't know the system, helped others when I was first and spent and hour and a half talking to a customer that was his friend and wasting my time even though I was first. At the end, he was frustrated with his incompetence and starting slamming I'd and papers on the desk giving attitude and anger.. how could you put that type of person at the desk!!
Wais AAir conditioning in the truck did not work. And we ordered moving blankets but did not receive them because we picked up the truck before opening. I communicated with the store at two different points and was never told that getting the blankets would not be possible.
