There was no one when I picked up. They left the key in a locked box took me 30 minutes to open. Where i dropped off the lady was rude.

Larry CMake sure the truck they rented is actually at the location. It was a massive inconvenience. They called me the day before to notify me of Uhauls not available and now I had to drive an extra 40 miles. You would think a truck rental company would have its logistics together.
