EREKA HLady at the location was very helpful and nice. Explained things well and hooked up trailer for me before I could even get out of the truck. It was clean but wouldn't say the trailer was in the best shape. Everything worked though.
David VOMG I can still deal with a Human at this location!! renting from U-Haul on line SUCKS!! confusing and pain in the ass, when you need a truck NOW!! it isn't happening DUH!! The Lady at R&B U-haul Dixon IL(sorry cant remember her name, I sold my house and was homeless and truckless) she was amazing!!!!! super sweet and got us a truck like it wasn't nothing, no hassle, pay for a truck get a truck! She doesn't even know what she did for my family!(God sent 4real).
