PATRICK MBusiness had a sign up that said they open at 9:00 on the day of pickup. I had the truck reserved for 8:00. Had to take a bunch of pictures of the truck before I drove it. The app was hard to follow and had to keep taking pictures over and over plus it would kick me out to another program periodically. Not easy to use. Lady at the desk was nice, but got off to a late start in getting the truck.
