We had ordered a 26 ft truck and a 15 ft truck in February. When it came time to pick up the trucks the 26 ft was not available because somebody didn't return theirs on time which is not my problem. I spent a half an hour arguing on the phone trying to get a truck let alone the truck we ordered with the representative with some woman who is not the representative I was talking to yelling at me about do they think they can just build a truck for me. This is why I ordered it almost 5 months in advance. Because of the situation we had to throw away our good couch and my wife has to make another trip from Minnesota to Illinois to pick up the remainder of things. Had we received the appropriate trucks we would not have had an issue. Someone needs to contact me to fix this situation that you all has caused. With the way things sit I never want to work with you all again since they have made this the worst move in my life and I have moved 17 times. Individual who originally called me also started to giggle / laugh which was extremely inappropriate. The Dixon location where we picked up was at least sympathetic and trying to help.
