We were all set to move house and the UHaul system went down. Renee, our human connection to ever getting on the road was calm, collected, and knowledgeable.she was on the phone with UHaul, IT, and worked with an ever-growing group of would-be clients with incredible poise. She came out to make sure all was well as we took photos of the truck, and apologized profusely. I looked at my watch, and told her that in reality, we were only a few minutes late. Renee is a star in your constellation!

Brenda PThis woman was acting like she owned all the trucks, was harassing me when I had an option to extend my rental. She lied and said someone was waiting on the truck when they weren't. I would advise you to get rid of her, cause shes a nut.
