The customer service at Frazier flooring in Dodgeville was excellent! Everyone there was extremely friendly and even helped me hook up the 5X8 enclosed trailer that I rented. I strongly and highly recommend going with them if you need to rent a U-Haul!!

Michael KThe first trailer we hooked up to had a wiring issue. The blinkers on one side didn't work. Thankfully there was another 6x12 trailer there, and that one worked. I reserved the trailer two weeks ago, I would have thought they would have checked everything out before I got there. The 2nd issue was the drop off point. I assume I got charged by the mile. I told him Grand Rapids, Michigan and he put in Grand Rapids Minnesota. A considerable difference in mileage. I pointed it out, and he said it didn't make a difference. The drop off UHAUL store, however, were awesome.
