I would personally give this the worst rating I possibly could for one reason. I never rented a uhaul from you guys at all. The salesperson somehow rented it out to someone else under my name, address, and an old phone number I havent had for years!! Thankfully everything all went well and they returned it on time. Your people need to be more carefull because if this person had decided to not return it, I am positive you would have tried to hold me accountable for it. AGAIN, I NEVER rented one and the fact that my personal information was not only used but was released to the person who actually did rent it is concerning. DO BETTER IN THE FUTURE PLEASE!!! The onlly reason I was even aware this had happened was when I started getting emails about the transaction. The fact that I am still getting this e-mail after I had contacted you guys shows incredibly POOR customer service and security in your company!!
