Waited for them to get internet service going. U haul called them on phone and while i was there another guy wanted a u haul. They put him on u haul call as i waited. I was there first i should of been taken care of first. Took long time for them to get me signed in. I was qouted a price from Baraboo wis store because baraboo didnt have one. So i hhad to go to Dodgeville and pick up a van. Was told i wouldnt be charged from dodgeville back to Baraboo but was charged.
TIMOTHY HCall the day before to verify the rental and their location. They also sent a link to upload your driver's license to speed up the pick up. They recommended I use a bigger hitch ball and even changed it for me. Very helpful.
