No one from uhaul was there to welcome me. The address corresponds to a non profit organization helping poor people to find clothes. People in charge are volunteering and have no clue of this place being a uhaul drop off site. When calling the phone contact, the person it completely not helpful.

Le reprensentant était 1 heure en retard pour l'ouverture du magasin. Il m'a menacer de ne pas me laisser le camion si cela ne lui tentais pas et a pris ma carte de crédit en photo des deux côtés avec son téléphone personnel afin de me laisser le camion malgré le fait que la réservation était déjà fait. Très mauvais service. Endroit non professionnel et non représentatif de u-haul
