Please make sure someone drives the truck before the next person receives it this truck would try to accelerate when braking which could cause accident and needs serious maintenance before anyone else gets the truck. Needs brake work as well.

Debra TThe location opened 20 minutes late, and they prepared the car wash before starting UHaul reservation completions, but everything else work out just fine.
Elden PI had to make 3 calls with customer service to force this location to check in the 6x12 trailer from 2-24 until 2-26
ROBERT BRental truck was trashed, fuel hand was low. Customer service was terrible, I called the store back explaining it was not clean and he hung up on my face! Highly dissatisfied! I use U-haul frequently when I need to use moving services. I spent $200 on a poor service!!!
