The mobile pickup and drop off is a bit of an overkill on what is needed before you even get or return your truck. I’d much rather just deal with a person. Lesson learned

The paperwork read a 1/4 tank of fuel. However, there was only an 1/8 of tank of fuel. I took a picture to show this at my turn in destination.

Jeff CIt took us an hour at the location. We could not find the lock box and no clear signs stating where it was located. I would Never get a truck from This place again
Regina Amy only issue web site said operation opens at 9AM, sign on door stated opening at ten. Proprietor didn't show up until 10:00.
