No personnel present due to being outside of business hours however I was redirected here due to an error with trying to drop trailer in Morgantown Pa the operator directed me to Morgantown and when I went to drop it off it was refused after it was already unhooked from my truck upon finding this out I had to drive an additional 30 minutes out of my way and 45 minutes to return home. When I asked if there would be any possibility for compensation due to the extra fuel I had to use I was informed that was not a possibility I was not impressed with this incident as I have seen trailers being relocated from location to location as needed

I rented a motorcycle trailer and the process was easy and once I was done with the trailer I was able to conveniently get my new to me bike transferred and registered.
Fritz HThe mobile pickup and drop off is a bit of an overkill on what is needed before you even get or return your truck. I’d much rather just deal with a person. Lesson learned
ALEXANDER FThe paperwork read a 1/4 tank of fuel. However, there was only an 1/8 of tank of fuel. I took a picture to show this at my turn in destination.
