Great customer service as well
Tenisha OUHAUL app was very tedious and time consuming to obtain keys to truck. I called UHAUL for assistance and it took over 45 minutes to retrieve keys. I ordered moving blankets but was not in truck. Inside of truck was dirty and had debris
Diana DThe truck windshield wiper blade was broke and I was not able to drive the truck due to the rain. When I was dropping the truck off the rep walked passed me and left- I was there at 3:02 on Saturday- I understand it was 2 minutes passed but to drive off fast as I parked the truck was horrible customer service.
