I feel that the truck needs maintenance done. Transmission was jerking and ran rough .

CHIRAG BWas disappointed that I made the reservation 3 days in advance, and when I got to the store to pick it up, they had no record of my reservation. Had to call the 1-800-UHAUL number back to reserve a truck while we were there, and she apologized for the miscommunication. She had all of my reservation information, but apparently the 1st person I had talked to didn't actually reserve the truck! The people at the store were nice, but I was just frustrated with UHAUL reservations. It all worked out eventually.
AMY MThe lady at this location was very rude and yelled at me several times. As the climate is changing in the USA rapidly she should be careful on how she talks to people. I would not recommend giving these people your hard working money. They don’t respect you.
