I found out at the time of pick up of rental that I was being charged 100 dollars more to be returned when rental returned. I asked and was told it's new.

I wasn’t told what time, I had to bring it back and was charged a full extra day. I didn’t like that. Please let your customers know when to bring back the vehicle. A check in time would be great.
