This U-Haul location is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I tried using it a year ago and canceled in the middle of the process. I will never ever use this U-Haul location again. I can overlook the dirty worn vehicles but the people at the location need training in customer service. The process is slow and the people are rude.

We had to sweep out the cargo area because there was yard debris and some nuts and bolts from friendship. The cab floor of the truck had not been cleaned and the drink area needs a serious deep clean as it was filthy. It is not clear if there is any cleaning in between rentals or if a renter 2 just gets whatever the last renter left for them to find.

Chris SGet the times correct. We arrived at 8 am as was originally told to us by the UHaul representative but the hours of operation said it opened at 9 am and when we called to figure it out they said no one would be there till 10. Also uhual said there would be a lock box and there wasn’t.
