Get the times correct. We arrived at 8 am as was originally told to us by the UHaul representative but the hours of operation said it opened at 9 am and when we called to figure it out they said no one would be there till 10. Also uhual said there would be a lock box and there wasn’t.
keith bHave my u haul ready it was covered in snow and ice. It took over 30 minutes for 3 people to untrap the vehicle.
MARTIN JThis location does not stock any moving supplies (dollys, carts, furniture blankets) outside of the trucks themselves. Talking with the employee onsite, they have no intention of ever providing these items, despite the fact that Uhaul will happily sell them to you with your rental. If you need anything other than a truck, go to a different location or you'll be forced to ask for a refund and get no additional compensation other than a "sorry" from customer service.
Stephen KTruck was covered in snow and ice and had to be warmed up. Dolly I requested was supposedly not available but was not in the truck
