The only problem I had was up loading pictures. The system said it was uploading but never did and timed out. Staff at rental location was very friendly & knowledgeable.

The drop off location was closed when I dropped the truck off, so I did not come in any contact with the personnel at this location. Therefore, I cannot say that that the personnel were helpful. It was very easy to drop off at this location after hours.
DEBORAH HOver charged, I cleaned truck before returning but they charge me for cleaning, and the man overthere look the truck before and not saying anything!
ANDI MThe 26'' truck I got seems to need a overall maintenance for the suspension. It has excessive oscillation when going over speed bumps or uneven surfaces in the road.
