MICHAEL KSuper friendly and helpful. This location is great and convenient. Only thing I would do is different signage, because I never remember where it is cause there are too many small businesses with signs, they all blend. Needs a orange letter "U" to stand out... so I don't drive past lol. I do realize township rules probably prevent signs that are big. So something simple and unusual eyecatching
Kim FAMAZING!!!! My son recommended them and I went right to them and highly recommend them for your moving needs. They answered all my questions. Truck was clean, perfect size and easy to use. I ran into some issues personal wise and storage unit wise that required me to have the truck 4 hours longer than requested, I was able to extend the time on the UHaul app then had to call the office I rented from, that he called me right back and was so nice, helpful and just amazing in the overall process and experience of me using one of their trucks along with dropping it back off. Highly recommended to anyone looking for help with their move.
