Called Friday to check availability for Saturday for a 15’ truck, was told there was availability and asked what time I wanted to pick it up, no other information was asked for. I showed up Saturday morning to pick up the truck to be told they only have a 10’ available. Not having a choice I took the 10’ truck and payed for 50 miles more than I need to due to having to make 2 trips. I will never rent form this location again,
CHRISTOPHER HDriver side mirror was almost unusable, it moved with wind speed and door closing. Reported for repair.
