Front end was loose from damage, including a headlight that would bounce around. Gas tank guard was missing bolts and was bottoming out. Noticed it at a different U-Haul location where they were able to fix it. Inside of cab was filthy and had not been cleaned.
Ashley HThe man behind the counter was having all kinds of problems with the Uhaul web site. It took him over an hour to check me out. The auto transport trailer tie down ratchets were very rusty and wouldn't work until I Put. W-40 on them. The left tail light only worked part of the time. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and kind. He helped me as fast as he could, but with would he had to work with made the check out time very hard for him.
