Invasive, time-consuming questions to pick up the equipment. Does U-Haul really need the names and phone numbers of two relatives? Why? The staff was equally frustrated with the U Haul website and the rental experience. May explain why they did not show me how to operate the equipment or check it out with me. "Its across the lot" was all the help I received.
