It took an hour and 45 minutes to pick up because the U-Haul app didn't work. And I couldn't get a hold of someone through text, they responded two and a half hours after I sent the first text. I waited on hold for 25 minutes to finally get a hold of someone and then after they got the app working my phone died thankfully I was able to send a text message to a friend to come bring a charger for me and warm me up because my fingers were numb and I was freezing my butt off. Marat MWe have rented trucks from this Doylestown UHaul 3 times in the last 8 months. They are great to work with especially the ability to engage movers through them that drove the truck and moved the furniture. The movers we worked with, Edward McLean Family Moving, were fantastic.
