I turned the trailer in early. (Didn’t have to be back until Monday but I turned it in Saturday cuz I didn’t want to drive all weekend with a trailer hitched to my pick up n I was done with it) however the guy never logged in my return n I got several calls n voicemails from Uhaul looking for the trailer. I was in a panic state cuz I’ve never been late or not turned in my trailer. I traveled for work and rented trailers frequently n never a problem, I’m hoping I’m in good standing with Uhaul. After returning their calls n informing where I turned the trailer in they were able to locate it n I guess the recipient told them that I indeed turned it in early. I however was never called to be updated that ‘all was well’ I value the use of uhaul n would never violate my rental agreement without calling for any changes. Please note that. But all is well and the trailer is back in service I trust. Thank you.

ELIZABETH MWe dropped the truck off and needed a jump box because our bike wouldnt start. They were quick to get one for us to use.
JOSEPH HTrailer was great for the most part. Only one of the rear lights worked, easier ways to tie stuff down in the trailer would be useful, and a tongue jack would be wonderful.
