Everything was great with the rental and the pick up/drop off location but my total was $215 and was charged to my credit card and and that’s fine but yesterday another $10.80 was charged for no reason to my credit card. It had more gas than when I picked it up/12 blankets were returned and no damage and I returned it 7 hours early so why the $10.80 charges?

stacey wI was told 29 dollars and while I don’t rent uhauls a lot, I’m not positive how the rates go, but 30 dollars and 60 are kinda two different things.. just wish it was explained to me the fees before telling me a certain amount and charging my card another. Otherwise, the gentleman up front was very sweet and patient, great service.
