Dierycks added a $9.00 safe tow coverage to my bill even though I declined coverages when I made the reservation. Did not notice until I looked at the receipt later in the day.

App was being a pain the key was in the wrong box luckily I was already talking to someone because of problems with the app. The person on the phone was very quick and helpful and that made it go really fast so that was one of the best services I have seen.

ANTHONY RI got a text and e-mail that my drop-off location had changed. Turned out to not be an issue, but it could have. In this case, I think U-Haul should CALL the customer to let them know. During a move, there is alot going on and e-mails and texts aren't always seen or looked at frequently. There was nobody at the drop-off location, which was fine, but not expecting that.
