Marjorie GI dropped truck off and went thru virtual check out.
WILLIAM CI was supposed to drop off my item at one location, but when I arrived, I was told to take it to a second location that was completely out of my way. This caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. My negative review is specifically for location 4723 Miller Truck Hwy, Hermantown, MN 5581. The staff were rude, and I would never recommend them.
ERIC WU haul called and said I was past due on returning the 2 trailers … I returned 1 and had contacted uhaul to change drop off site for the second as furniture was switched and taken to a different site at Marshall Missouri… so I did NOT have these as over due
