I went to get my rental & couldn't because a trailer was attached to it. No one was onsite to help. Then I've been overcharged and threatened to have the truck reported stolen when I returned it in less than 24 hours. I don't know what you should do to improve it for the next customer. YOU TELL ME!!!

CURTIS GNothing wrong with this location.... It's great! The issue I have is with U haul adding unwanted fees to orders. This has to stop and is going to force me to look at others rental options in the future.
