There was no one physically at this location even though we returned the unit around 2pm. We called the phone listed on the contract numerous times, every one went to voicemail - no one returned the calls. Had to call customer service to find out what we needed to do to complete the return because the app wouldn’t allow to return the unit a day early. The return of the unit was not smooth at all and I definitely would not recommend this location.

Everything went smooth
terell SI went to get my rental & couldn't because a trailer was attached to it. No one was onsite to help. Then I've been overcharged and threatened to have the truck reported stolen when I returned it in less than 24 hours. I don't know what you should do to improve it for the next customer. YOU TELL ME!!!
