I rented a 5x9 open trailer on the U-Haul website. I had to request a specific pickup location, but the return site was “optional” . When I picked up the trailer, the dealer said I had to return the trailer back to his location, more than 50 miles out of my way! The U-Haul website was deceptive! I caution anyone who rents a trailer or truck, make sure the vehicle can be returned to a location of your choosing.
