For the 2nd time, on arrival to a UHaul location they did NOT have the reserved equipment available and I had to drive an hour each way to another location to get the equipment. If you are going to take reservations then hold up your end of the reservation!!! I even checked in with the location a week in advance to "ensure" that they would have what I reserved and they said "for sure" When I arrived they didn't have it and it was on a weekend so getting it was a challenge. Keep up your end of the bargain or dont offer the service!!

Friendly person who didn’t know the process

CAMERON BI was told it was a new contract for this location, I was the 1st person that rented a trailer. The pickup didn't go smooth, the drop off was no better. Overall the people were very nice and I would use this location again. The problems were really just related to new people and I am sure the problems I had will be smoothed over. Maybe the training that Uhaul provides can be jazzed up a bit Tks
