Again many screens to go through which took some time and created a line up behind me in general part of the store (not really a U-Haul location).

I was told it was a new contract for this location, I was the 1st person that rented a trailer. The pickup didn't go smooth, the drop off was no better. Overall the people were very nice and I would use this location again. The problems were really just related to new people and I am sure the problems I had will be smoothed over. Maybe the training that Uhaul provides can be jazzed up a bit Tks
