I was not told about a 2 day option for the rental and forced into a 6 day rental. When I dropped it off at the drop off location the gentleman asked if I was aware I had it for 4 more days. I said yes I was told I had 6 days with the rental even though I only needed it for 2 days. The gentleman then told me I could’ve rented it for two days and it would’ve saved me hundreds of dollars. I feel like Uhaul has scammed me twice and less than 14 days. I will never be using Uhaul again for any of my moving needs or transportation needs. This has been some of the worst experiences and I have used them probably over a dozen times before this, but that relationship is over! This company does not do things legitimately they do not value their customers and their employees from what I can tell our mostly trash! I wish there was a way to leave zero stars but hopefully people read the one star reviews and see this one. Do not rent from Uhaul. There are several other companies you can choose from. Uhaul is not what they used to be.
