Said I could drop off at the nearest U-Haul location. Went there and turned out I had to drive to the next city, causing an overage on miles. Not a huge deal but kinda stunk…

Douglas MShe was very friendly. She let me know the store was closing and asked if I needed to wait inside for a few for my ride to arrive and I let her know I would wait outside. She did a walk around the truck and confirmed the ending mileage before parking the truck. All my ending paperwork was correct.
