The location workier was unhelpful . She reluctantly hooked up to my car and only helped me unhook after a long lecture that it’s my responsibility to reverse the trailer back and unhook myself. I have never had this experience at any uhaul before. She was rude and obviously didn’t want to leave her desk. Also rented a furniture dolly but she didn’t have one and didn’t know until it was time to leave. Very unprofessional

MARY PLot was poor, no room. Nobody was there to help
FREDERICK WProvide a lock for the roll up door to prevent it from opening during travel. You could charge a small fee, refundable when the lock is successfully returned with the truck. Other than that, the trucks were well-maintained and clean.
