Service was fast and friendly. Not happy with the additional fuel charge of 3 gallons. Picked up the the vehicle with a miles to empty at 308 and returned it with 328.

She reluctantly hooked up to my car and only helped me unhook after a long lecture that it’s my responsibility to reverse the trailer back and unhook myself. I have never had this experience at any uhaul before. She was rude and obviously didn’t want to leave her desk. Also rented a furniture dolly but she didn’t have one and didn’t know until it was time to leave. Very unprofessional
