No one was present just placed keys in return box
jeffrey cParking is difficult and the instructions on where to leave a vehicle isn't clear. The app didn't work well either. Taking pics to verify rental truck beforehand didn't work.
Brian CJust keep doing what they are doing. The lady was professional and personable. Second time I have rented from them. If there is a third time, I will rent from them again.
