Steven EI am a 64 year old, female. Was told to go hook up to the 6 x 12 enclosed trailer with no jack on it. The trailer was dirty and the guy from the BP just took picture of my license plate. He had no idea how to hook up the safety chains and I had to instruct him to take pictures of previous damages on the trailer. When I dropped it off I brought a jack to be able to unhook from the trailer. Again no help. Not very happy with that uhaul facility.
