They Were Great!!!
WILLIAM MI wish I could say the same about this place like I did about my pick up experience: But where I dropped it off (eagle mountain, UT), the front desk worker was very rude and threatened that she would charge me $50.00 if I didn’t have the back of the truck spotless. So I went back there and triple swept the back of the truck. She also charged me 4 gallons of gas after I filled up what I used. I would’ve highly recommended this U-Haul place for sure webut after my drop off experience, I’d make sure that you have everything spotless and that you fill up the gas to full even though you were given 3/4 of a tank.
FAITOTOA AWe rented a furniture dolley but we did not receive one as promised.
