I would recommend that if you’re going to have to wait for someone to call two contacts to verify you, that those phone calls and any other pre check verifications should be done the day before the rental pickup. The renter should also be made aware of this process in advance so they can plan for the time it takes to do this. I was on a schedule for when people were going to show up and help me move and I was not made aware ahead of time that there was such a long process to pick up the truck when you do it online.

Kaster DI was charged 30 extra dollars for an insurance that I distinctively rejected
Kaster D24/7 check in was a nightmare. Took us almost an hour. Had to talk to various chat agents. Should have made it clear thats what this was and all that. Yikes.
