The Eagle Mountain location was basically brand new. Which isn't fair to compare. The staff "Steve" was super friendly and helpful.

After dropping off the truck I was not able to return the truck in the app because the mileage was off. I then called customer service again and explained the situation. They said they would handle it and to just drop the keys in the box. Later that night I was charged $239 extra because according to the app I had driven 200+ miles and returned the truck with less gas even though I had put more gas in. I only drove 45 miles and returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up yet I was charged for fuel and extra 200+ mileage because the app was wrong from the beginning. The app also wouldn’t let me upload photos. I called customer service yesterday for a fourth time and they said a manager would call me to resolve this issue but I still haven’t heard anything. So far, I have been charged over $400 to rent a truck for a few hours that I drove a total of 45 miles.
