I was charged a $15 fee that I selected no on during my reservation. Double check your paper work during pick up.
Matthew MThe Eagle Mountain location was basically brand new. Which isn't fair to compare. The staff "Steve" was super friendly and helpful.
Christopher SAfter dropping off the truck I was not able to return the truck in the app because the mileage was off. I then called customer service again and explained the situation. They said they would handle it and to just drop the keys in the box. Later that night I was charged $239 extra because according to the app I had driven 200+ miles and returned the truck with less gas even though I had put more gas in. I only drove 45 miles and returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up yet I was charged for fuel and extra 200+ mileage because the app was wrong from the beginning. The app also wouldn’t let me upload photos. I called customer service yesterday for a fourth time and they said a manager would call me to resolve this issue but I still haven’t heard anything. So far, I have been charged over $400 to rent a truck for a few hours that I drove a total of 45 miles.
