Book the U-Haul two months ahead of time go to pick it up and they said that it was not there at the location that I requested to pick up the U-Haul. I only needed it for two hours then they rerouted me to go to another location long distance from my house When you book a U-Haul at the location near your house you expect to pick it up without any problems, they are not reliable they like the subway system inconvenience
