Toni BTold in Kansas that the car dolly was to be unhooked by someone on site. Was informed that that would be an additional $15, so we did it. Service representative did the same thing with information and entered it incorrectly which caused an email/text stating the truck hadn't been returned. Had to go back and straighten that out. Very disappointed

FRANKLIN AThe number I called said the system was down for over 30 minutes and I had movers waiting at my house since I was on a schedule. When I finally I got the truck, I realized the interior was filthy (cigarette butts, old food, dirt, etc.), the check engine light was on, and the truck drove horribly (had trouble shifting, interior light would not turn off when driving, could not get up to 40mph, terrible turn radius). The half an hour late caused the movers to have to move in the dark and rain, which would have been avoided. Not pleased with the experience although the lady I called was kind.
