The only saving grace for this location was Samantha. She called and followed up for my return, she was nice and professional.

The tow dollie was frozen to the ground and covered with snow and ice. The straps were frozen. This was not taken care of by the U-Haul pickup place . We had to remove snow, ice off the dollie and straps . We had to pull it up out of the ice and dirt onto asphalt. Very bad experience
Renee GThe customer service is horrendous. The woman was overwhelmed because her phone kept ringing, the computer was slow and the place is disgustingly dirty. I was originally picking up a trailer at another location, but it got changed because the one reserved, would not be returned in time .I was supposed to have ramps. No ramps, no pin to secure the latch. The man hooking up the trailer seemed unsure of the chain placement. I definitely would not recommend this location. Nobody shared that I was going to receive a text inwhich to upload pictures before I left. Poor customer service all around
