When the staff is temporarily unavailable, for example, working on equipment or in the rest room, it would be good to have some sort of method for the customer to receive a receipt for the drop-off. Otherwise, this is a model facility with model staff. Wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommended it. Staff is great!
