When I picked up the trailer, I didn't realize it had no jacks to lift it onto the ball hitch of your truck. It took the staff member and me to lift the arm and place it on my truck. This is super inconvenient, especially for those of us traveling alone. I also noticed the tires looked worn when I picked up the trailer, but I didn't mention it. During my long-distance drive, one tire blew out, and the service person who came to change it also replaced another tire, noting that it appeared weak and was about to blow out too. I was traveling with my 12-year-old son and two dogs, and we were miles from the next freeway exit in 100-degree heat. It seems the quality of these trailers is subpar.
