It took a long time to process our rental pick up. We weren't given a printed receipt when we asked for one, instead one was emailed to me. Because we moved I didn't wasn't able to print one and reading it on my phone was difficult.

Brian MForced me to get a taxi for $45 and drive 30 miles extra and be charged for it and get a larger vehicle. Pick up place gave me the key and that was it.
Eric HDrop off on holiday so no interaction. Nice location with good parking and drop box.
