Van was well maintained. Spilt coffee all over dash. This was not my original pick up destination. I was notified the day before that my requested van size was not available. I had to travel to this destination (via a ferry plus additional fees, ferry rate and taxi) . The rep at Eastsound was VERY helpful on the phone and took care of updating the reservation. I was promised a discount for my inconvenience but I have not received any compensation or reimbursement for the fees to get to the other location. I called U-Haul and they left a note the local office.
